Eating Like A BOSK at the Shangri-LA Toronto.

Foodie Friday – BOSK restaurant

Welcome to another addition of Foodie Friday. Today we are talking about the Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto located in the heart of downtown. The Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto was designed by internationally renowned, Vancouver-based architect James Cheng who also created Shangri-La hotel, Vancouver. James Cheng used a design concept using glass to attract and reflect light, bringing the building to life. This design known as Vancouverism creates a unique dining experience.

Recently I had to experience the new tasting Signature & Spring Tasting Menu at BOSK. The signature restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel Toronto brings to life fresh harvested ingredients from a network of respected global suppliers. The Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto creates an atmosphere where diners can  expect old-world cooking styles combined with contemporary ingredients, and served with genuine service.

Bosk seats 80 diners, including private dining for up to 30 and a seasonal, outdoor terrace which wraps around the southeast corner of the building. In the summer months, the restaurant offers table service for 40.

Below is new tasting Signature & Spring Tasting Menu.

I was extremely impressed with the service, food and environment at the Shangri-La.  The highlight of my dining experience was  my favourites the caviar donut; sweet salty and fresh this is surely a must try!

A big thanks to my friends Daniel ( and the Shangri-La Toronto for putting on this spectacular event looking forward to many more.
