Bombay Pineapple Ginger Collins

Sapphire Pineapple Ginger Collins – An easy-drinking. laid back twist on the classic cocktail with the taste of pineapple and ginger that’s perfect for relaxing after a stressful day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Bombay Sapphire East
  • 2/3 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice or juice from a small lemon
  • 1/3 oz Simple syrup
  • 4 Small pineapple cubes
  • 2 Slivers of fresh ginger
  • 2 oz Soda water

Method:

Build and stir into an ice-filled Collins glass.

Pineapple, Pineapple leaf, candied ginger
