This Avocado Chocolate Pudding is Rich, Vegan and totally creamy and ready in as little as 5 minutes. Requires no firming time and you don’t even need to bake it. If you want to get a little more creative, try adding layers of sliced fruit or mixing in nuts.
3 Ripe Avocados
1/2 C Pure Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Pure Vanilla
1/2 C Organic Coco Powder
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Coconut Milk (or any other milk substitute)
Peel and remove the pit from your avocados.
Add all ingredients into an electric blender, Food Processor or a Vitamix and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate until cool and serve!
