Bruschetta – Quick, Fresh, and Totally Delish!

I have gone through a major bruschetta phase lately and tried making it a couple of different ways, however I have been reminded once again that simple is best!



1 C Grape Tomatoes

2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 Cloves Fresh Garlic

¼ Cup Chopped Basil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper



In a medium mixing bowl, add the tomatoes, garlic, basil, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Mix thoroughly and let sit for at least 15 minutes at room temperature to let the flavors marinate.

Slice the bread into individual pieces and spoon the mixture on top.


For an even simpler way try using a food processor. Throw all your ingredients in and blend for 30 seconds!
